The 1st Years and Excellence for Children are advocates for children. We strive to help the community understand what it means to put children first by providing training, technical assistance, and resource and referral services. We provide education to parents, caregivers, and the business community to create a stronger foundation for children.
We will be successful when all children have a safe, caring, healthy, and developmentally appropriate daily environment.
